Taiwan Ale is an Ale-type beer brewed by adding Taiwan's native ingredients. It uses yeast cultivated by Dr. TK Lin and uses professional brewing techniques to infuse Taiwanese ingredients into the beer. It emphasizes the unique taste of Taiwanese ingredients and allows the drinkers to bring back fond memories of Taiwan.
